Welcome to the Michigan Department of Transportation’s (MDOT) Vendor Compliance System. We are pleased to offer our web-based software system for tracking DBE participation.

The system is designed to streamline and automate vendor reporting requirements, empowering vendors to manage their own vendor record, maintain accurate contact information, and submit contract payment details online. The Vendor Compliance System is accessible to all firms doing business with MDOT and includes the following key features:

  • Automated email communications with contractors regarding compliance
  • Online verification of subcontractor payments
  • Simplified process eliminating need for inefficient paper-based reporting
